Saint Qvinis , a 7th Century AD bishop spent his last years in a chapel overlooking one of our vineyards.
Blend : 80% vermentino - 20% white grenache.
This well balanced fresh dry white wine has been quoted more than once in the Hachette Guide (latest quote 2010) and in the Guide Hubert.
It has been awarded a "commended" mention in the International Decanter Awards.
This elegant wine will keep for two to three years.
An interesting find as a typical dry Provence white!

Robe : brilliant pale yellow
Nez : delicate; white flowers liquorice, lime.
Bouche : fresh and supple; floral; shades of fesh almonds; lovely balance;fresh and ample finale.

This well balanced and aromatic blend of cinsaut and grenache is typical of true Provence dry rosés.

It is regularlly reviewed in the Hachette Guide ( 2 stars in 2006 and 2007) and has also been favourably quoted by the Guide Hubert since 2004.

Other publications such as the Revue des Vins de France and Millésimes, have also written about it with some praise.

The 2006 vintage was singled out by a gold medal in the Macon wine competition and , more recently, the french magazine Le Point has rated it the best rosé in its area.

On the international front it has obtained medals at the Decanter International Wine Awards in 2007. 2008 and 2009.

Robe : Fuchsia coloured, shinng dress.
Nez : Aromatic freshnsess, quite intense; lively red fruits, followed by ripe white peaches and pears.
Bouche : A wonderful mix of wild strawberries and white peaches; a very pleasant length with exactly the right amount of acidity : an elegant finale.

This perfect Provence red is a blend of shiraz(50%), grenache (40%) and cabernet -sauvignon(10%).

A ruby coloured wine with elegant and refined tannins: can be drunk in summer slightly cooled wiht barbecues and grilled meats.

Robe : Deep garnet red
Nez : a nice complex nose : black currant and spices.
Bouche : a solid structure with rich tannins.
