You can join us from Monday to Friday by phone at +33 4 94 59 24 34 (between 2:00pm and 6:pm). If no one answers please leave us a message on our answerphone -- dont'forget to presse the# key before ending your message otherwise it will no be registered.

And you can come and visit us every day (except Sunday) between 10:00am and 7:00pm.
We are usually closed between Christmas and the New year but you can always try...

How can I get more information about your wines and your prices?
This website is already quite informative but you will find a "contact us" page at the end of this presentation.
We will ask you whether you are a private person or a professionnal because we will not give you quite the same answers.
Our prices will vary according to your status.
For business partners our prices change if you are a restaurant owner, a stockist or a wholesale operator.
If you have no adress in France and are a private person we will direct you towards retailers who carry our wines in your country if we have any. You might be able to buy some of our wines on line in the UK, for example.
If you are a professionnal not living in France we will direct you towards our agents in your country who will help you to import our wines.
How to order our wines (if you are living in France and are a private customer)
If you are a private customer and are living in France you can send us a mail or a fax and ask us for a quote (including transport price which will depend on where you live).
We will tell you how much you owe us (including transport at cost) . If you are a new client we will wait for your cheque to be cashed into our account before sending the wines.
If you are a former client and have already ordered before we will trust you and send the wines with a bill payable upon receipt.
You can also call us and pay by credit card without being physically present our bankhaving recently given us this possibility. This should enable you to have your wines without too much delay.
You can also avoid paying high transport costs if you group yourself with friends and order wines at a single address.
If your order reaches a certain amount you will benefit from discounts on the transport costs.
I am a business operator : how do I order?
Send us a mail stating where you are and what is your business and we will answer accordingly. It will be easier for you since our staff is not really fluent in english!
We have three categories of clients : HORECA, wine shops and bulk/export.
If you are not a french business we will give your contact to our agents in your country and you will be able to deal with them directly. They will inform you of our tariffs and conditions and will follow your orders for us.
